Mourinho in another spat with Wengar

Jose Mourinho was involved in a touchline spat with Arsene Wenger during the recent 2-0 win for Chelsea against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. For a change, Mourinho was not the perpetrator after Wenger came into the opposition touchline, laid his two hands and pushed him. After the defeat, Wenger claimed that he did not appear to do anything wrong because he was merely protesting the referee’s decision not to award a red card for Gary Cahill after his challenge on Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez.

Mourinho Claims Hazard Will Sign NEw Contact

Jose Mourinho has claimed that Chelsea’s star midfielder Eden Hazard will sign a new contract within one month. The Belgian international is fast becoming one of the best players in the world. Last season, he was a major source of goals and assists for the West London outfit. Despite a poor World Cup 2014, the 23-year-old is expected to play a key role in the Premier league and Champions League campaigns this season.

Mourinho Aware Of Boards Need To Perform

Right through the last season, the Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, kept on saying in his interviews that his side was not the strongest contender to win the league title. He tipped Manchester City for being the Champions and that’s what exactly happened.

The Blues themselves were not that bad though. They finished at the third position in the table.

New Sponsorship deal for Chelsea

Following their summer transfer spending Chelsea have already begun the process of bringing more money into the club by agreeing a renewal of their existing shirt sponsorship deal with Samsung - at improved terms believed to be in the region of £18 million a season.

However, the news will be greeted with mixed feelings amongst supporters of the club as the figures involved are considerably lower than those announced by Manchester United as part of their new shirt sponsorship deal with General Motors.
